Key Accountabilities

• Analyze the quality of research & co-ordination with the Equity research team for any particular requirements
• Monitor the overall functioning of the dealing department
• Ensure that the staff in the dealing department are well aware and conscious of the market conditions and changes
• Be customer centric and effectively drive the centricity into the processes set given limitations of the framework of operations and business
• Continuous involvement in training & development related activities
• Co-ordination with the regions & management for the purpose of Business development & client servicing
• Management reporting for the dealing department and thus ensure that the given targets are being achieved by the team

Education

Graduate/MBA

Professional Experience /
Skill Required

• 10 years approx of experience in Capital Markets / Dealing operations
• Should have handled a dealing team in the past
• Strong People / Relationship skills

Certifications

Certified through NSE/BSE on Capital Markets/F&O
