Key Accountabilities

• Handling various processes related to Depository operations
• Ensuring in meeting all internal and external regulation and policies
• Adhering to timeline for process completion
• Continuously monitoring controls in various settlement processes
• Supporting branch operations and service team for various operations queries

Product Knowledge :

• Good knowledge of various DP processes,
• Basic understanding of Capital market operations from DP point view
• CDSL/SEBI/'s rules and regulation knowledge for depository operations.

Key Tasks :

• Timely updation of all masters in DP module
• Verification and execution of following Customer's instruction related
  • Shares transfer instructions
  • Demat/Remat instructions
  • Pledge/unpledge instructions
  • Brokers instructions for security payin-payout
• Keeping tracks of all Depository circulars relevant for dp operations.

Professional Experience /
Skill Required

• Post graduate / Graduate
• Need to be NCFM, certified for depository module.
• Minimum 2-3 years exp on the same.
