Key Accountabilities
  • Drive revenue goals through Sales of Wealth Management products on phone to Existing / New Customers
  • Work closely with Regions / RM's to drive high conversions in line with targets
  • Providing quality customer service to client queries, requests and complaints.
  • Handling equity client's queries and assisting the customers on calls.
  • Coordination with linkages for end to end sales process.
  • Making outbound calls to prospects / Existing customers to sell (Life Insurance, General Insurance and Equity A/C) on phone
  • To achieve minimum benchmark for daily outbound calls and monthly sales targets.
  • X-sell and Relationship deepening on existing clients
  • Act as an effective back up for Dealing operations resources and accomplish targets on client activation / trading
Education
  • Graduate in any discipline. MBA's would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Good Communication Skills and knowledge of one or more regional language is preferred
Professional Experience /
Skill Required

At least 2 years of experience in selling Financial services products. Fresh MBA's from reputed institutes may be considered

Competencies Expected
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office in a LAN environment
  • Self Motivated, Target Oriented and Sales focused.
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Equity market would be preferred.
