Senior Equity Advisor

Key Accountabilities
  • Acquire high-end, 5-6 HNI equity customers for the Region every month
  • Manage the Equity HNI relationships for the Region
  • Would be supported by dealers and Equity Advisors in Call Center
  • 4 - 5 RMs/ROs at the branch to be mapped to Sr. Equity Advisors who would help them acquire equity HNI customers by making joint calls, meeting /advising their customers etc
  • Provide detailed update to HNI equity customers on equity markets, research etc
  • Service a set of clients with market and research inputs and thereby contribute to revenues
  • Be certified in dealing and also be able to service customers using an Omnesys terminal provided at the branch
  • Though these Equity Advisors would be given Omnesys terminals, they would not be placing orders for customers.
  • Customers would place orders in the following ways -
    • By calling in to the Call Centre
    • On the IBT
    • By the call centre dealers calling the clients
  • Cross sell other FS products to the equity HNI customers
KRAs
  • Acquire a minimum of 5 - 6 HNI customers per month and total of 50 customers in a year
  • Ensure minimum revenue of Rs. 3.5 - 5 lacs per month from Month 3 and gradual progression there from based on seniority of EA & RM
  • Spend around 60% of their time out of office meeting customers and acquiring high end equity clients & assets
  • Cross sell other FS products to a minimum of 3 - 4 customers every month

Graduate/MBA

Professional Experience /
Skill Required

A min. experience of 3-4 years in the equity broking industry.
