Key Accountabilities

• Drive sales unit (comprising Relationship Manager & Relationship Officer) performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Acquiring and deepening relationships with the customers across equity Broking ,WM insurance, Demat, PMS etc.
• Coach & mentor the team in Client Prospecting, acquisition and relationship management.

Education

Graduate/MBA

Professional Experience /
Skill Required

• 5-7 years in sales with 1-2 years team management experience.
• Understanding of Financial Services products

Certifications

Candidates possessing valid certifications viz.; AMFI, IRDA, NCFM would be preferred
